九州じゃんがららあめん 秋葉原本店 (Tokyo)

We got to Tokyo a whole day later due to the flight delay. When we arrived, we immediately went to 九州じゃんがららあめん at 秋葉原 for some Japanese ramen. They are famous for their 九州系豬骨湯拉麵. We have been to this place before, and it definitely has some serious revisit value. This ramen place is extremely tiny with only 2 small tables and seats around the kitchen area. For décor, there are posters and advertisements in Japanese words everywhere.

The ramen noodles are of medium thickness, and the firmness is just right. The soup is based on pig bones simmered for many hours which made it very rich. The slice of pork is so fatty and so smooth that it literally slid down our mouths. There are thick pieces of braised pork belly. The pork belly has a slightly sweet taste to it. There is also a whole egg that was boiled in soy sauce.
